We received your payment to purchase a Small Estate Affidavit. Here’s what will happen:
- Check your email inbox. You should find an email message from us that contains the questions and answers you submitted in our online questionnaire. Don’t forget to check your spam folder. If you did not get an email from us with your questionnaire information then call (480-664-7472) or send an email message ([email protected]) to our estate planning legal assistant Michelle and tell her to send the message to you.
- You should also have received an email message from us that contains an invoice for your purchase.
- Your Affidavit will be prepared by Arizona probate attorney Richard C. Keyt. He will send the completed Affidavit to the contact person within one week or within two business days if you purchased the two day expedited document preparation service.
